Water and Sewer Impact Fees for 2025
Water and sewer impact fees are charged for new connections, or connections that are being increased in size. These are based on the water meter size required. This is NOT a monthly, or reoccurring fee.
Sewer fees are only charged on services that are, or will be, connected to sewer. If you are on septic service, only the water impact fee will be charged.
Your total impact fee is Sewer(if applicable) + Water impact fee based on the size of the water meter to be installed. 5/8" is a typical household meter size.
